Abstracts must be original, related to
Gynecological Pathology and should not have been published elsewhere.
- The presenting author is required to
ensure that the co-authors are aware & approve of the content.
- He/she should take responsibility for the
accuracy of the results.
- The presenting author's name should be
highlighted. His/her full name, institution, contact number and email address
must be provided.
- An e-mail confirming the receipt of
abstract, including an abstract number, will be sent to the submitting
delegate. This number should be quoted for all further correspondence.
- Acceptance/rejection will be notified by
email along with the guidelines for poster preparation.
- Selected abstracts will be presented as EPosters.
- Selected Eposters will be selected for podium
presentation during the conference.
- Scientific Committee reserves the right
to accept/reject your abstract based on scientific merit.
- For original research studies, the
abstract should consist of the following sections: Background, Research
question, Methods, Results and Conclusion. Word limit: 250 words.
- For case reports & case series the abstract
should have a Background, Case description, and the learning pointsas
conclusions. Word limit: 250 words.
