The Department of Cytology and Gynec Pathology, Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, takes great pleasure in hosting GyPSICON 2026, the First Annual Conference of the Gynaecological Pathology Society of India (GyPSI) in Chandigarh from 17th to 19th April 2026. 

This conference will provide you with a unique opportunity to gain knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest advances in the field of Gynaecological Pathology. A galaxy of well-renowned international and national speakers will deliver lectures on timely topics. Attractions include slide seminars, tumour board (MDT) and e-poster / proffered paper sessions. A pre-conference workshop on “Challenging cases in routine practice and how to deal with them” will be held in 17th April 2026 by the International and National experts on glass slides / Digitalized slides giving tips and tricks! 

Chandigarh, the ‘City Beautiful’, is renowned for Nek Chand’s Rock Garden, the Rose Garden, Sukhna Lake, and numerous other beautiful gardens, as well as shopping malls and food courts. The city, situated at the foothills of the Shivalik range, is the gateway to many nearby hill stations, including Shimla, Kasauli, Chail, and Dharamshala as well as its proximity to the world-famous Golden Temple of Amritsar.
